PPC Wiki Poll Results

Since I couldn't get Google to behave and show the results summary like I wanted, I've reproduced it as best I can here. There were 44 total responses, so in all but the follow-up questions, answers are out of 44. In the follow-up questions, answers are out of however many people chose A on the previous question.

I used Create a Graph to do just that. Ten times, in fact.

Question 1: Sue and Stu Pages
Of the existing Sue and Stu articles, should we keep all, some, or none?

A. Keep all Sue and Stu pages! They're all useful and entertaining, or could be made so. (15, 34.09%)

B. Keep some Sue and Stu pages! Sues are a dime a dozen; only the most unique or impactful ones need articles to themselves. (23, 52.27%)

C. Get rid of all Sue and Stu pages! They just look like us gloating and/or reinforce the image of us as Sue-slayers only. (4, 9.09%)

D. I have no opinion and hereby cede my right to complain about the decision in the future. (2, 4.55%)

Question 2: Author Pages
Are they useful, or just mean?

Question 3: Author Names
Is listing author names on wiki pages (including but not limited to the various badfic lists and Sue pages) a good idea?

A. I will not edit these pages if I'm not allowed to list author names! (0, 0%)

B. Yeah, I don't think it hurts anyone, and giving credit is important. (20, 45.45%)

C. No, I don't think it's really necessary, and the focus is supposed to be on the badfic, not the author. (15, 34.09%)

Question 4: Stubs
Is it ever okay to delete very short articles? (Note that this doesn't include just-for-fun articles that are intentionally short and silly.)

A. It's never okay to delete a stub! All stubs should be expanded! (1, 2.27%)

B. It's sometimes okay to delete a stub, but only if its content can be merged with another article. (6, 13.64%)

C. It's sometimes okay to delete/merge non-PPC-specific stubs. PPC ones should always be expanded. (3, 6.82%)

D. Stubs of any kind should be treated on a case-by-case basis. Some should be expanded, some should be merged, some should be deleted altogether. (32, 72.73%)

Is it ever okay to remove links that don't go anywhere?

B. It's sometimes okay to remove a redlink. They look bad, and if they've been there a long time, it's pretty clear no one is going to make a page for them. (35, 79.55%)
